縫製が完了した後は裏にしてから専門の洗い工場にてワンウォッシュを施すんですが、洗い後はどうしても耳が捻れたり閉じたりします。
特にCATBOYは脇の地縫いが縦二重といってチェーンステッチがゴロゴロしてるので洗い後は閉じやすくはなってしまうので、１本づつチェックして開いて行きます。

After the sewing, we always turn the jeans inside out and then have them washed at denim-specific washing factory but after the wash the selvedge gets curled our closed. Even more so for Cat Boy Jeans because the out seams on these jeans are sewn with double chain stitch. So, we pay an extra care when ironing Cat Boy Jeans.

vintageの何も考えて無いランダムな耳のアタリも良いですけどね笑
If you find your selvedge on your jeans curled or closed, ironing might be a good idea. but in the vintage time
no one really cared about it so that’s also a part of enjoying jeans though.
