『子供は親を選べない』と昔から言われてますが、
例えば
転校を何回と繰り返すファミリーサーカス団。
生まれがらに役者の道を進む歌舞伎一族。
幸か不幸かは別として親の職業に巻き込まれる子供達は沢山居ますよね。

Children can’t choose their parents, right? For instance, your dad might be an owner of nomad circus, or A Kabuki actor. I’m not sure if it’s lucky or not for children but they are vulnerable to the influence of their parents lives.

さて
我が家でも娘を迎え、そろそろ修羅の道を進む覚悟が有るのか確認する為に子連れ狼の名シーンを再現する事にしました。
Well, I now have a daughter and wanted to confirm her will about her own future life so I decided to mimic the scene from Lone wolf Samurai.

物語は
子供にこれから人斬り稼業（殺し屋）の旅に出る際に、その覚悟が有るのか無いのか。

The story is that the lone wolf guy is a assassin vagabond but his wife is already in heaven. The guy asks his own son if he wants to come with his dad on the journey of killing.

それを確認する為に、息子自身に選択させます。
The guy let his son to choose his life.

オモチャと刀を置き、オモチャの方へ行けば母の元へ（父の手で殺害）

The guy puts a toy and a samurai sword on the table to see which the son chooses.

刀の方へ行けば、共に鬼となり修羅の道を歩む事に、
ネタバレになってしまいますが原作では子供は刀を選び物語がスタートします。
If he goes to a sword, he will go into the life and the spiral of murder and death. If he chooses a toy, the samurai will kill his own son. This is how the story begins.

さて我が家でも本日心を鬼にして子供に覚悟を確認しましたので皆さんに証人になって頂ければと思います。
