昨年夏より大好評頂いていますS40’s Jeansですが、在庫補充ができました。私、井上もようやく本日よりS40’sのセットアップに着替えて、色落ちを楽しんでいきます。

Restock for S40’s Jeans is finally done.
I myself finally started to wear the S40’s tux toda.

私は大体１年に一度、新しいデニムのセットアップに着替えるのですが、Pleated BlouseとWaist Overallの色落ちを納得いくところまで着ていたので約14ヶ月ぶりくらいの新しいセットアップに袖を通すことになりました。毎度感じることですが、やはり新しいデニムを着ると毎回嬉しい気持ちになりますね。

I usually switch one denim tux to another about once a year but the last year’s tux, pleated blouse & waist overall was quite tough to fade so I’d been wearing them for about 14 months straight and finally moving to the next tux. I feel this every year but starting a new fade journey is always fun and exciting isn’t it?

今回は何となくノリですが90年代の時の様にレングスを長めに設定してロールアップ無しで穿いてみようと思います。

I somehow felt like wearing them without any cuffing this time like in 90’s style.

私が学生の頃は、学生服も腰ばき全盛期でトランクスを見せて穿いてました。
裾も破れてる位が丁度良く、当時は母親に汚いから止めて！って言われても
『うるせー』
の一言で済ませてたを思い出しました。
恐らく今では妻に
『玄関でそのジーンズ脱いで！』
の一言に逆らえないジーンズライフの始まりです笑

When I was a student, literally everyone was sagging their school uniform pants as much as possible. Some were showing their underwear all the time and there’s no exaggeration here. So the hem was all frayed because the length was too long so my mom used to yell at me, stop doing that stupid look!! But I always shouted back to her, that’s none of your business. This is cool stuff!!

Nowadays when I return from work tired, then my wife shouts at me, you need to take off that filthy jeans before you enter!!!( in Japan we take off shoes at the entrance you know)

そして
SNSでは少しずつ色落ちし始めたPostも見られるようになり、中には色落ちコンテスト（2022/2月まで）が終わる頃には原型を留めていないんじゃなかろうか…というくらいの履き込みをしてくださっている方もおり、生産者としては本当に嬉しい限りです。

TCBでは、Ryo君がファーストサンプルを着てくれていますが、参考にしたビンテージに近しい色落ちになってきているので狙い通りだなと感じています。
