50日位着用されたS40’s JK
S40’s jacket worn for about 50 days.

この生地は強撚糸を採用してる為、中ジロの芯白度が高めになっており、ヒゲの入り方が早く感じてます。
This fabric is made of hard twisted yarns so the undyed part of each yarn is slightly larger than usual. Nice creases can easily be set.

それとロープ染色の浴槽も通常の倍の濃度になるのでコントラストの強い色落ちが期待出来るのでとても色落ちが楽しみです。Plus, the indigo is n the fabric is twice as dark as usual so that we are expecting high contrasted whiskers and honey combs on these.

鉄のボタンも、現代は最終フィニッシュでコーティングをされる事が多いのですが、TCBではその工程を省き無垢の状態で作って貰ってますのでVintageと同じ様な錆び方をしてくれます。
Steel buttons are usually plated or coated by lacquer but ours are without any finish on the surface so it’ll be eventually rusted like a vintage piece.
